How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been despatched.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

Can I get a refund?

As a small brand that does not mass produce, we do not offer refunds at this time. This is so that we can minimise waste and be as sustainable as possible. We understand that it may not be favourable, but we do offer exchanges as well store credit, which you may use to purchase future collections.

Do you ship internationally?
