Exchange Only Policy

NWP prides itself on making premium garments that are not mass produced, so an exchange and store credit only policy is what we offer at this time.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Anything returned outside of this period constitutes final sale.

  • The goods must be returned new, unused, with all the garment tags still attached, with their original packaging.

  • Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order. 

  • If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you Store Credit which can be used within 182 days of your original purchase. 

  • Please note that NWP cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach the provided Return Address. Therefore, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

  • Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Similarly, (for international customers), any customs duties you will have borne to receive your order, are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Send an email to info@nwpofficial.com stating the garment item name on the site and what size.

  • Upon receiving an exchange request, NWP will provide you with the relevant Return Address. Please note, all shipping costs and import duties/taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes:

We reserved the right to refuse:

  • item(s) that are shipped after the 14 day grace period has expired.

  • item(s) sent back that have been worn and have had tags removed.

Please try on the clothes with caution, as we will not accept clothes that have acquired makeup stains or perfume/deodorant scents.
